Kondition Haus will provide a co-working space for independent contractors to operate their own fitness or lifestyle related businesses. These contractors/businesses would include but are not limited to – personal trainers, small group trainers, group fitness instructors, massage therapists, chiropractors, physical therapists, and others.  We lease or purchase spaces, make the necessary renovations, outfit them with the required equipment, pay the utilities and insurance, and clean and maintain the building and equipment.  Through word of mouth and our website independent contractors will recognize that Kondition Haus is where you work to be your own boss. Contractors will sign year long contracts similar to lease agreements, and will pay a flat monthly rent. This system will allow entrepreneurs to focus entirely on running their own businesses with the flexibility to choose their own working hours, set their own rates, acquire their ideal clientele, and most importantly put no limit on the amount they can earn.  We eliminate the worry of managing a facility which most have little experience or desire to do.

It is common practice in the industry for an employer to pay the trainers, instructors, and practitioners only a small percentage of the rate charged to the member.  It is also common practice in the industry for independent contractors to pay a large percentage of their earnings to the facility owner, or to have limits placed on their earnings based on arbitrary rules concerning experience or amount of time at the facility, forcing most trainers to take on second jobs to support themselves.  Our affordable flat rate rent system allows business owners to set their own rates, and puts no limit on the income they can earn.

All trainers/instructors/business owners will operate as independent contractors.  If a small business with its own personnel rents space from Kondition Haus, their employees will remain under the direction and care of that business.
